Give to Strathclyde Engineering for Development: Making a World of Difference

Strathclyde Engineering for Development

Strathclyde Engineering for Development is helping to transform lives across India, Nepal and Africa, whilst creating powerful learning experiences for our students.

The Nepal Schools Project

This project aims to transform the lives of children affected by the 2015 earthquakes, which destroyed over 8,000 schools.

Using the combined expertise of students and staff in the Engineering Faculty, one seismic and flood proof school has been successfully completed and a second school is currently under construction.  The schools are in the most disadvantaged areas with some of the most marginalized communities in Nepal.

Together we can change the lives of many pupils.  Your donation will enable the construction of a safe school for children to learn and thrive.
